The terms that apply when you book a stay with us
A booking made through this site is a request. It becomes final only when we confirm it by email. All prices are in euros (€), per room and per night, and include any taxes shown at checkout.
Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00 and check-out is strictly by 11:00. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please tell us in advance so we can arrange your arrival.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) via POS at the property, and bank transfer. Payment details are sent with your booking confirmation.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are charged 50% of the total booking amount; within 7 days, the full amount. To cancel or change a booking, contact us by phone or email.
Each room may be used only by the number of guests stated in the booking, up to the room's capacity. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
Please treat the property with care. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage they cause during their stay, beyond normal wear.
We are not liable for personal belongings left at the property, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as extreme weather, power or water outages, or other events of force majeure.
The details you give when booking are used only to manage your reservation and stay, and are never sold or shared for marketing.
By booking you also agree to our House Rules, which help keep the stay pleasant for everyone.
